Welcome to The Sanctuary for Space Holders, a retreat designed just for you—the one who gives so much, now invited to receive.
This half-day retreat offers a trusted, private space to step away from the demands of your work and settle into deep rest.
Here, you’ll be tended to with care, allowing yourself to pause, exhale, and replenish in a setting designed for your renewal.
This retreat isn’t about learning more tools or adding to your to-do list. It’s about coming home to yourself—feeling held, nurtured, and restored so you can continue showing up fully in your work and life.

Who Is This Retreat For?
This retreat is intentionally designed for those who regularly hold space for others — emotionally, spiritually, creatively, or professionally. Whether you’re a coach, therapist, practitioner, leader, or one who regularly holds space.
We’ve created this environment so participants feel surrounded by like-minded peers who understand the unique beauty and weight of holding space for others. That shared understanding fosters trust, depth, and ease — and we want every guest to feel that sense of resonance and belonging.
What Relaxation Amenities Are Available?
Amenities are first come first serve. You can choose from sauna, therapy pool (indoor and warm) cold plunge, and a 30 min massage. (additional $40) For the February 27th retreat we are offering CranioSacral Therapy. (CST)
This is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that supports the body’s innate self-regulating and healing mechanisms. Using very light touch, practitioners assess and release restrictions within the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Although CST works directly with the cranium and sacrum, its effects are systemic due to the neurological, fascial, and physiological connections throughout the body. By improving craniosacral mobility and nervous system function, CST can positively influence multiple systems, including musculoskeletal, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, and immune function.

What Is The Cost?
The retreat costs $125, ($110 for returning guests)—a discounted rate for space holders—and includes a catered lunch by Chef Clara Romain, snacks and drinks, access to amenities, and a breathwork session.
What Will The Breathwork Session Include?
This guided, transformative breathing technique is called Holotropic- sometimes called circular breathing. Its history utilizes the root word for “moving toward wholeness.” It involves controlled, rhythmic breathing—usually a faster and deeper pattern than normal—combined with music and a safe, supportive setting.
This process helps participants slow down, reflect deeply, and experience a kind of awareness and healing that often gets lost in the busyness of everyday life. Jenny is a certified breathwork instructor and will guide you through this session.
What Is The Schedule?

Additional Offering: The property will open early at 10:00 AM, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the relaxation amenities with fewer people or even alone before the larger group arrives in the afternoon. You’re also welcome to take solo time on the property or in the facility, ensuring a quieter, more personal experience in the space. Additional $25 to come early.
What If I Don’t Want Relaxation Amenities?
This day is customized and crafted for you! Instead of relaxation amenities feel free to enjoy solo time outside or in our designed solo areas, or spend quality time with peers.
