Sound Bath- April 12th

Join us for an evening of rest, regulation, and deep listening through sound. This immersive sound bath is designed to gently calm the nervous system and create space for the body and mind to unwind. Using sound bowls, chimes, flutes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where sound becomes a tool for grounding, release, and restoration.

You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive—allowing the vibrations to move through you without effort or expectation. This experience is supportive for stress relief, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with a sense of inner stillness.
