  • "I came to this retreat with 0 expectations and 0 experience is a group retreat setting. From the beginning everyone was so welcoming including the women I knew were there alone like me. Food was great, amenities were amazing. The mindfulness put into the classes were beyond worth it and just reminded me that women are so strong and community does more than we know. I would recommend this retreat to literally any woman in any stage of life. " KL

  • "Attending the Earth & Breath Retreat has been one of the best decisions I've made. I gained practical knowledge, and I was able to connect with my mind and body in a way that I previously struggled to. Jenny and the other facilitators created a beautiful, calming, and safe environment that allowed me to feel comfortable and relaxed." RS

  • "I especially love the breathwork. I did not want to stop that exercise. It was so amazing. It was tapping into another part of my brain that I haven’t used in a while, and I need that. I have a lot of healing to do still. This was such a great step in that direction for me!" MC

  • If 10 stars were the highest possible rating, I’d give it 15. The retreat was exactly as advertised and so much more. The facilitators did an excellent job of creating and holding a safe space for women to be vulnerable in their healing experience and journey. It was powerful in ways I could not have imagined and I left feeling a sense of inner peace that I don’t think I’ve experienced in my entire life. I wish I could bring every woman I know to every upcoming retreat. AH

  • I attended the Earth and Breath session at Iron Bell with a few friends and we had a wonderful day. The schedule was well communicated and the day had a great balance between group sessions and relaxation/down time. The hosts were all knowledgeable and fantastic. Great food, safe space, lovely ladies. Highly recommend! CH
