How do you stay grounded during stressful seasons? Meditation is a useful tool to activate our parasympathetic nervous system to move our bodies into healing and rest. Join me for guided time of meditation, light stretching, soaking, and other relaxation techniques. Whether you’ve never tried meditation before or you practice it regularly you will love this class!

What to expect?

The class will run for 1 hour. The room will be set with lighting and candles to be able to relax and be as distraction free as possible. I will guide you with different relaxation techniques. Meditation will have difference focuses each class such as gratitude, tuning into our emotions, focusing on releasing physical pain etc. There will be quiet music throughout the whole time.

*Note: We will use aromatherapy throughout the course. If you are allergic to specific scents please let me know.

Private Meditation Classes:

Meditation classes for private groups with a minimum of 6 people participating. They will be scheduled around the availability that works for you and your attendees. Groups rates available!

What to bring?

Bring whatever props you need to find a position to relax and be comfortable.

Suggestions would be a thicker yoga mat (or any type of comfortable mat) additional support pillows, face mask, and comfortable clothing. Keep in mind we will be on concrete floors. If you do not have a mat (or one you can borrow) ask me about renting one.

I tell people to more prepare as if you would be taking a comfortable nap not doing a yoga class =)
