This retreat is intentionally designed for those who regularly hold space for others — emotionally, spiritually, creatively, or professionally. Whether you’re a woman coach, therapist, practitioner, leader, or one who regularly holds space.
We’ve created this environment so participants feel surrounded by like-minded peers who understand the unique beauty and weight of holding space for others. That shared understanding fosters trust, depth, and ease — and we want every guest to feel that sense of resonance and belonging.

Movement and Meditation Classes with Abby & Jenny
Join Jenny (Holistic Coaching) and Abigail (Arana Wellness) at the Iron Bell for a restorative, grounding experience to reconnect your mind, body, and spirit.
🗓️ Sunday, November 30th | 4:00–5:00 PM
Enjoy a light workout with mindful movement led by Abigail, followed by a guided meditation with Jenny — an hour to move, breathe, and unwind.
🗓️ Saturday, December 28th | 4:00–5:15 PM
Ease out of the holiday rush with mindful stretching led by Abigail to release stress and tension, then drop into stillness as Jenny guides a Closing the Year meditation.
We’ll end with soothing sound bowls and serving kava chai by conscious seed,
