Looking for practical tools and additional support?
Every two months I am opening up a virtual group with a specific focus and theme. This is a great opportunity for those of you who are unable commit to coaching, counseling, or just need additional support.
Note: If this theme does not relate to you stay tuned for future groups with different topics.
1st Virtual Group “You’re Not Crazy”
This group is focused toward people who are rebuilding their lives after leaving or are redefining their relationship with a narcissistic or abusive person.
Are you interested in learning about boundaries and finding your voice?
Are you interested in receiving validation that “you’re not crazy” as you hear other peoples stories and journeys?
What is the format?
This group will consist of 4 virtual classes (see dates and times below)
Not sure you can attend all 4 dates?
-Each class I will reserve 1 spot for someone who wants to “drop in” A drop in can only attend once. If you are interested in this please check that on the form below and I will contact you when a date is approaching.
Attendees are encourage to submit questions or scenarios ahead of time to Jenny.
Jenny will then take up to 10 minutes per question to give some quick on the spot coaching. Others are also welcome to add comments and suggestions as well.
FAQ’s
What if I don’t want to share?
-Totally fine! You can just listen and observe. That is also a great way to learn!
Can I attend annonymously?
-Yes! Email me for detials
What if I can’t attend one of the dates?
-I will host 1 make up date at the end. Another option is to “gift” your spot to a friend who will then “drop in” just for 1 class. *Please notify Jenny if you cannot attend or are giving a friend your spot.
How much does this group cost?
-You can submit your fee in 2 payments of $25 or pay $50 upfront
When does the group meet?
-Monday evening from 7:30-8:30PM
August 16- Kick off (this class with run from 7:30-8:45 since it is the first one)
September 7th ( switched to Tuesday night due to labor day weekend)
September 20th
October 4th
October 18th- Make Up Class
How many people will be in the group?
-6
