Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at this January’s Winter Wellness Fair. I’m so grateful for your desire to be part of this growing event as we continue to connect and celebrate the holistic wellness community in Louisville.

Before applying, please read the following important information:

Event & Vendor Criteria

Location Requirement: Vendors must be based in the Louisville area or surrounding region.
Business Type: We are seeking businesses that offer holistic, integrative, or alternative wellness services. Your offerings should reflect a mind-body approach with tangible, hands-on, or educational components.
Indoor-Only Event: Because this is a winter fair, space is limited to indoor vendors only. We are accepting a limited number of vendors, and only 1–2 vendors per category will be selected to maintain variety.

⚠️ Please Note: The Following Businesses Are Not a Fit for This Event

MLM/Network marketing companies
Massage therapists or licensed mental health therapists that do not offer additional holistic/alternative services or approaches.
Fitness professionals, personal trainers, or general health coaches unless your practice incorporates a unique or healing modality beyond fitness coaching
Solely Spiritually-based offerings/practices

While we honor the value of spiritual and energetic work, this particular event is focused on modalities that involve a clear, tangible, or skill-based experience for guests.

🌀 Returning Vendors

Location Note:
To keep things fair and flowing, vendor booth placements may be different from last year as we work to give everyone a chance to be on the main floor or in high-traffic areas. Thanks in advance for your flexibility and understanding with booth assignments!
If you’ve participated two years in a row, you are still welcome to apply! However, priority will be given to new vendors in order to keep the event fresh and diverse. If your category remains unfilled closer to the event, I’ll reach out to let you know if a space becomes available.

Briefly Describe Your Business

The cost to have a space at this event is $60. In exchange for the low booth fee we ask that each business submit something that we can use for a raffle or drawing. More details to come after application approval!

🛠️ Booth Activity & Offerings: Please describe what you plan to offer, demonstrate, or display at your booth. This helps us create a cohesive and intentional event experience for everyone. If you plan to introduce any new technology, add-on services, or expanded offerings beyond what is submitted in this application, we kindly ask that you check in with us first for approval. This ensures that all offerings align with the focus of the fair and prevents overlap with other vendors or practices that may not be a fit (such as MLM-related materials). Our goal is not to limit your creativity but to protect the integrity of the event and the quality of offerings we provide to guests. Thanks so much for understanding!

Please plan to offer a demo or interactive element at your booth so attendees can experience what you do firsthand. This is one of the key features that sets the Winter Wellness Fair apart from traditional vendor events that only offer informational displays.
