Winter Wellness Fair- January 25th Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at this January’s Wellness Fair. I look forward to partnering with you as we connect the Louisville holistic business community.

Before filling out the application, a few things to note:

This event is only accepting applications from businesses that are local (regional is also ok) to the Louisville area.
Your business must represent a holistic/alternative approach to what you are offering your patients/clients.
I am not accepting any fitness/personal trainer/ health coaches that do not offer other unique healing modalities (the market is too saturated thanks for understanding)
Due to the fact this is a winter event, we are limited to indoor space only which limits to amount of vendors allowed. Only 1 or 2 vendors will be accepting that are in the same genre of offerings.

The cost to have a space at this event is $50. In exchange for the low booth fee we ask that each business submit something that we can use for a raffle or drawing. More details to come after application approval!
