Sometimes we go through a transition—big or small—and expect to instantly feel the relief of being on the other side.
But more often than not, our mind and body need a little time to catch up. We’re still adjusting, still finding our footing, still rebalancing after the shift.
If you don’t feel the full exhale right away, it doesn’t mean something’s wrong. It just means you’re human. Be kind to yourself in the in-between.
