Over the course of your time together, you'll receive a minimum of three hours of dedicated 1:1 support with Jenny. Through coaching, guided reflection, nervous system-focused practices, and personalized conversation, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, gain clarity, process what's present in your life, and explore practical next steps for moving forward.

Choose Your Foundational Experience: Category 1 : (Pick 1)

Holotropic Breathwork- 60-90min

This guided, transformative breathing technique is called Holotropic- sometimes called circular breathing. Its history utilizes the root word for “moving toward wholeness.” It involves controlled, rhythmic breathing—usually a faster and deeper pattern than normal—combined with music and a safe, supportive setting.

This process helps participants slow down, reflect deeply, and experience a kind of awareness and healing that often gets lost in the busyness of everyday life. Jenny is a certified breathwork instructor and will guide you through this session.

Sound Healing- 60min

This session promotes rest, regulation, and deep listening through sound. This immersive sound bath blends modern sound therapy with traditional sound healing instruments to create a calm environment where the body and mind can unwind.

The session creates an atmospheric soundscape that gently washes over the space. As the sounds unfold, participants are invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive, allowing the vibrations to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of inner stillness.

Guided Meditation- 60min

Slow down, reconnect, and experience practical tools for everyday well-being. This experience combines guided meditation, gentle stretching, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping—a research-supported practice that uses acupressure points on the body to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional regulation.

Participants will be gently led through mindfulness practices, movement, and tapping techniques designed to increase self-awareness, create a greater sense of ease, and support overall resilience.

Coaching Session- 90 min

Led by Jenny Dedrick, Certified Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and founder of Holistic Coaching, these interactive coaching sessions create space for meaningful reflection, honest conversation, and personal growth.

Drawing from years of experience supporting individuals and groups through life transitions, stress, leadership challenges, relationship dynamics, personal development, and nervous system regulation, Jenny creates a welcoming environment where participants can explore important topics in a way that feels practical, engaging, and supportive.
