SCHEDULE: ( A copy will be given to you on Saturday)

Saturday:

9:20- Arrive

9:20-10am: Welcoming Ceremony

10am-11am: Solo Time/ Work on Mindfulness Journal

11am-12pm: Group Session 1

12-1:30 Lunch Solo

1:30-2:30-: Group Session 2

2:30-3:00- Sauna or Solo time, or 1:1 with Jenny if you want

Sunday:

Arrive at 9am

9-10:30am: Ceremonial Circle

10:30-11:00: Solo Time

11-12: Group Session 3

12:00- Retreat End

What You Need To Bring:

Solo Time: Bring anything you want to utilize during your solo time. Keep in mind you will receive a mindfulness journal to work through but if there’s anything additional you would like to have (book, journal, etc) feel free to bring that with you.

Sauna/Therapy Pool: If you are doing the sauna or therapy pool bring either a bathing suit or shorts/ tank top. There is a shower on site if you’d like to rinse off afterwards.

Dress: Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to be casual.

Meals: Lunch and dinner on Saturday will be provided as well as snacks throughout the day. Please eat breakfast both days before arrival if that is something you typically do. There are no meals provided on Sunday only snacks.

Meditation: If you have a yoga mat or pillows you’d like to use during meditation feel free to bring them otherwise we have items on site you can use.

Unplug: If you would like to be device free but want to be contacted in case of an emergency feel free to give your emergency contact my phone number in case something comes up. 203-731-7612

Device: Please brings headphones with you if you plan to use a computer or your phone. You will be provided with some audio options that you do not have to use if you want to ditch technology.

Group Time Vs. Solo Time: There is a nice blend of solo time and group time for this retreat as you can see on your schedule. There are 3 group sessions and dinner will be eaten together. There is a small group of women attending- 4-5 total.
