A pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) is said to allow the body to achieve a natural state of wellness. Using PEMF stimulates cell metabolism, increases oxygenation, and reduces inflammation. Great to use for overall relaxation but also for areas of pain and stiffness.

Add a wine tasting to your experience! This is a FUN add on for you and your group and all the proceeds go to Iron Bell Ministry. We partner with ABIDE wine who receives top shelf juice from Napa and Sonoma Valley. We also can offer your and group if you don’t want to do a tasting option.

The Sauna & Therapy Pool are complimentary add on experiences you can add to your retreat.

Sauna: Our sauna has the option to be dry or wet (steam) depending on your preference. There is a shower available on site.

Therapy Pool: Our therapy pool is smaller than a pool but larger than a hot tub. It is heated and indoors. You can enjoy therapeutic jets or use the installed wave/current to do a light work out if you prefer.

Depending on the retreat that you are registering for extra retreat time could be added on for an additional cost.
